Hung by your stove, your kitchen will be redolent of a room in which an oak fire has burned for 100 years.

Smoked in a traditional manner for eight days, the fire is regularly stoked with sawdust which emits the smoke that will give the garlic its long shelf-life, flavour & brown colour.
