Originating from garlic grown in the Massif Scentrale in the Auvergne, central France.

Suitable for Autumn or Spring planting as late as April. For best results plant December - January.

Ideal for late green garlic (wet garlic) and when dried for plaiting.

One of the longest keeping garlics with real length & breadth of flavour with a real bouquet.
