The Heritage Range


For thousands of year’s man has used the natural process of lacto-fermentation to preserve fruit & vegetables. By mixing salt with raw fruit & vegetables a wonderful alchemy takes place, converting the natural salts & sugar in lactic acid. This provides a rich source of lactobacilli. We call this process Wild Fermentation.
