Open 9am - 5pm 7 days a week, all year round*

Lunch Served:

Mon - Fri 12pm - 3pm
Sat - Sun 12pm - 3:30pm

Breakfast served:

Mon - Sat 9am - 10:30am

*We are closed on Christmas day
 



Origins

The Garlic Farm café was built in 2009 using some of the macro carpa pine that was planted around the farm by Colin and his father twenty years ago. The natural wood and the log fire create a wonderfully cosy atmosphere in the winter months whilst the open patio to the rear with views across the valley provide an idyllic dining experience during warmer times. 

 
 

The spot

It is also a great spot for nature watching and it is not uncommon to see a family of red squirrels darting back and forth collecting nuts and of course the chickens, peacocks, guinea fowl, doves and Eric the dog usually like to make an appearance.

The Food

All our food is freshly prepared by renowned Island chef Charlie Bartlett and his team. Charlie uses the best locally sourced ingredients to create a varied range of inspired and delicious food. Obviously garlic is a key ingredient in many of the dishes but there are some none garlic options for those who are yet to be converted...
