Garlic Farm Yoga Weekend

The Garlic Farm is the perfect place to unwind, relax, eat well, sleep well and do as much or as little yoga and meditation as you wish. We warmly welcome you to join us for a relaxing, invigorating break in beautiful surroundings.

Farm cottage accommodation

Accommodation for your yoga weekend is provided in our beautiful, fully-equipped farm cottages which all have a 4* rating. They are located on the farm within a few hundred metres of our yoga space and restaurant. Outline timetable for the weekend

Friday evening:
Guests arrive between 2pm and 4pm on Friday. After settling in to your cottage, the first yoga session will take place at 5pm followed by a delicious healthy evening meal in our farm restaurant.

Saturday:
The morning will consist of a one hour meditation and pranayama session (breathing exercises) followed by a two hour yoga class and then a well deserved full brunch served in our farm restaurant.

In the afternoon you can choose any of the activities available including beauty treatments, walks, bike rides, horseriding, tennis or you can use this time to just relax.

In the evening there will be a second yoga class followed by an evening meal in our farm restaurant.

Sunday:
On Sunday morning there will be a final class of meditation and yoga followed by Brunch. Guests are invited to spend the rest of the day enjoying the farm and surroundings before making their way home.

£280
for the weekend including all accommodation, meals, yoga and meditation classes and return foot passenger           ferry tickets. 


Transportation

The farm is a 15 minute drive (or about 40 minute cycle ride) from the ports of Ryde (passenger ferry port) and Fishbourne (car ferry port).

From London, the train to Portsmouth Harbour takes 1hr 40. From there, you can hop on the Wightlink catamaran for the 20 minute crossing to seaside town of Ryde.

If you arrive on foot, we will pick you up from the ferry free of charge. If you wish to bring your car, we can offer discounted ferry tickets.

If you live locally why don't you join us for Yoga Brunch at The Garlic Farm on Saturdays and Mondays at 9.30am.
 

We run weekly 1.5hr yoga sessions under the experienced tuition of Carol Macartney followed by a
delicious brunch in The Garlic Farm Cafe. This is an open class and all abilities and ages are 
welcome.
