Fermentation Workshop Series January 2024
This January we will be running a series of 3 Introduction to Fermentation Workshops at The Garlic Farm Restaurant.
Taught by fermentation teacher Josephine Boswell, these workshops will teach you all you need to know to confidently create a wide range of your own ferments at home as well as all the starter cultures you need to get started.
Josephine's fermentation journey began when she took her first sip of a delicious sparkling drink, Kombucha. From there she was hooked and is always experimenting with new ferments and recipes, many of which she will share with you over this 3 course series.
Jo says: 'When in doubt, ferment! Fermentation is fun, it improves the nutritional value of your food, it provides the microbiome with all the microbes it needs, it uses up those last bits of fruit and veg you haven't got a use for, and it makes everything taste DELICIOUS!'
Whether you are new to fermentation or keen to add some more fermented recipes to your repertoire, this 3 series course is for you. Choose from one or more of the following sessions which can be booked individually for yourself or as a gift. You will receive a confirmation email and joining instructions will be sent a few days before the event.
