Sourdough Workshop 20th March 6pm - 9pm

Homemade sourdough bread is a staple of The Garlic Farm Restaurant menu, accompanying many of our favourite dishes.

Join us for a 3 hour workshop and learn how to make delicious sourdough at home. 

During this workshop you will learn

  • the origins, history and health benefits of sourdough
  • how to make and maintain your own starter from scratch
  • how to bake sourdough loaves in a domestic oven
  • other culinary uses for sourdough starter

The workshop is £85 per person and will include:

  • Hands-on learning 
  • Sourdough scraper
  • Sourdough loaf to take away and bake at home
  • Sourdough starter to continue baking at home
  • A light supper with sourdough tasters
  • Free tea and coffee 

This event is on the 20th March and will run from 6pm to 9pm.
