Your day begins in The Allium, the Garlic Farm’s contemporary new cafe where you will enjoy coffee in front of the log burner, whilst learning about the culinary uses of various types of garlic including ‘black garlic’.

You will then enjoy a cooking masterclass with highly acclaimed Garlic Farm head chef Charlie Bartlett. Charlie will show you how to prepare and cook a starter and a main meal meal, using fresh local produce and of course, The Garlic Farm garlic. You’ll learn how to combine ingredients to achieve exceptional results and pick up some inspiring ideas along the way. You’ll get a chance to taste the master class dishes when you have lunch in the restaurant with your very own ‘Garlic Guru’. This is followed by a second masterclass where you will learn what makes the tempting desserts at The Garlic Farm just so special and delicious. You will be guided through the process and secrets, before putting what you have been taught to the test and creating your own. Finally you’ll be able to taste the treats before you have afternoon tea.
