Local Artist James Lord Exhibiting in The Garlic Farm Restaurant

12 Aug to 29 Sep

In The Garlic Farm Restaurant we exhibit local artists work. From 12th August to 29th September will be Isle of Wight artist and graphic designer James Lord.

James was born on the Isle of Wight and grew up in Yarmouth where his childhood was spent sailing on the River Yar and swimming off Sandhard Beach. After gaining an BA Hons degree at London College of Printing he worked in London as a graphic designer for over 10 years. He now works as a freelance graphic designer. James’ work is inspired by journeys by bicycle, boat and on foot. Capturing glimpses, fleeting views and moments in time. His prints have a screen printed style with bold block colours, line drawn details and batik like textures.

James’ exhibited works will be available to purchase in The Garlic Farm Restaurant.
