Yoga Brunch Sunday 25th March

9am – 10.30am Yoga Class followed by brunch in The Garlic Farm Restaurant

Join our friendly class at The Garlic Farm with beautiful and inspiring Yoga Teacher, Sian Austin.

Sian teaches with aspects of Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles and a relaxing meditative approach. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level. After the class enjoy a nutritious brunch in The Garlic Farm Restaurant where you can choose any item from our breakfast menu including healthy options and any drink.

Classes are £20 per person including brunch.

Your email confirmation will be your ticket for the class and the brunch.

Please bring a yoga matt if you have one, a blanket and a bottle of water.
