From mid-November our winter menu will be available to sample in our restaurant. As always, we are strongly guided and inspired by garlic, local ingredients, sustainability, freshly prepared, delicious food.

Our chef has really focused in on our own home-reared organic pasture-for-life beef and quality produce from our neighbouring farms. This ensures not only quality, flavour and freshness but also care for our local environment and community. Everyone wins.
