With a strong sense of community and short distances between farms and facilities, collaboration is thriving. A fun example is one we pioneered to deal with the mornings after a few late night parties at the farm.

30-40ml Rock Sea Vodka
250ml Isle of Wight Tomato Juice
Celery Salt - pinch
Worcester Sauce - splash
Vampire Slayer - few drops - BUY NOW>
Garlic Sea Salt w' Chilli - 3 grinds - BUY NOW>

Method:
Mix ingredients over ice in glass or preferably in a shaker & strain.
Our Vampire Slayer is a garlic sauce like no other, by experimenting with the quantity used in this recipe you have some serious firepower at your fingertips!
N.B. For an additional anti-oxidant boost - crush a fresh garlic clove into each glass - this is where the hang-over cure really kicks in!
