Tilapia with lemon and garlic
Serves 4 Prep time 25 - 30 mins
Perhaps our most simple garlic recipe but deliciously Caribbean none the less.
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Fresh Lemon
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Place fillets on a baking tray.
- Drizzle over the butter. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Bake 20-30 minutes.
