Provence Wight Seed (2 or 4 Bulbs)

Allium sativum (Softneck) - A large white softneck garlic with purple streaks that can produce bulbs that approach Elephant Garlic size. Originating in the lush valleys of the DrĂ´me in the north of Provence. Large fat cloves that suit vegetable & fish dishes of the Mediterranean. Like many Mediterranean types, responds to heavy watering in the 3 months before harvest. Spring planting is possible although will produce smaller bulbs. Sweet and substantial can keep up to January. Warm subtle flavours superb in Aioli.
