Organic Green Garlic 3 Bulbs

For a limited time, we have freshly harvested rustic green garlic available from our certified Organic crop. The flavour is more mellow, nuttier and rounded than dry garlic bulbs - they really are an early delicacy, one that you definitely won’t find in any supermarkets, anywhere! Some say this is the best way to enjoy garlic, in its freshest form.

This product has been freshly harvested from our fields, these bulbs may have some mud and roots.

As this is a natural product, and is made up of various varieties of our organic crop, colour and bulb size may vary.

These are from this years organic crop of garlic grown here at The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight. Our farmland is now certified by the Soil Association which means no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides have been used in any of our production processes. Garlic is a nutritious crop and this certification brings enhanced ecological and human health benefits.
