Our organic crop of garlic grown here at The Garlic Farm in Newchurch. Our farmland is now certified by the Soil Association which means no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides have been used in any of our production processes. Garlic is a nutritious crop and this certification brings enhanced ecological and human health benefits.

First of the season, large cloves bringing the bouquet and warmth of fresh new season garlic to your cooking. Fresh & zingy with a warm, rounded flavour.

These beautiful premium Early Purple Garlic bulbs are supplied as green garlic at the start of the season (May-June), and over the coming weeks will start to dry out. The skins will start to feel drier and papery-like from June onwards.
