Provence Wight x 2 bulb: A large white softneck garlic with purple streaks that can produce bulbs that approach Elephant Garlic size.
Caulk Wight x 2 bulb: Allium Sativum ophioscorodon (Hardneck) - From the north of Bohemia, close to Prague. Creamy appearance with slightly purplish, large cloves. Tall, erect stem and leaves over metre high. This is the earliest Heritage hardneck to harvest and will keep well until February.
Iberian x 2 bulb: Allium Sativum (Softneck) – Large fat white garlic with purple stripes, origin in south west Spain. Purple when grown close to surface. Excellent all round garlic with large cloves..
Solent Wight x 2 bulbs: The original Isle of Wight garlic, particularly well suited to our UK climate. Our best garlic in terms of overall eating and keeping quality.
Mersley Wight x 2 bulbs: Mersley Wight originates from the Auvergne in Central France across to the volcanic Drome in northern Provence.
Elephant Garlic x 12 cloves: A fun member of the allium family, Elephant garlic can grow, with adequate water, to 150mm across and weigh over a kilo.
