Allium Sativum Ophioscorodon (Hardneck) - From Chinese origin and developed in France, this is our earliest white garlic. A large white hardneck, with a crisp fresh flavour. When finely sliced and sautéd this variety of garlic holds its shape well, making the perfect garlic crisps.

STORAGE: Please ensure that you open your Seed Garlic parcel as soon as it arrives, and store the seed garlic in a cool, shaded and well ventilated area such as a shed or garage, until planting.
