Our organic crop of garlic grown here at The Garlic Farm in Newchurch. Our farmland is now certified by the Soil Association which means no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides have been used in any of our production processes. Garlic is a nutritious crop and this certification brings enhanced ecological and human health benefits. This softneck variety originating from the Cordoba region in Spain has large, juicy cloves, good keeping quality and excellent flavour.
