          • We welcome you to our farm site which includes our garlic farm shop & restaurant providing the full garlic experience and access for our customers to our beautiful farmland in the Arreton Valley.

  • Our Farm Shop, Restaurant and Farm Walks are open daily 9am to 5pm, Free Parking and Entry for customers to our shop & restaurant
  • Booking is recommended for The Garlic Farm Restaurant. Make a table reservation for breakfast or lunch below. We are open on selected evenings. Please see our events calendar.
  • SHOP & EAT: the farm shop is a treasure trove of garlicky goodness and local delights. Our full range of garlicky products from fresh garlic, smoked garlic, black garlic, mayonnaises, chutneys, dressings and sauces to butters and cheese are all available as well as locally made gifts. Have a meal in our restaurant to sample the amazing flavours of local, freshly prepared meals full of garlicky inspiration while enjoying our spacious restaurant building built from trees grown at the farm or enjoy our patio terrace overlooking the Arreton Valley and play area in sight.

        • TASTE: our garlicky menu in our award-winning Restaurant and Allium Cafe will delight your senses - try a whole roasted garlic bulb, garlic bread, garlic mushrooms and a whole spectrum of garlicky flavours in our chef's soups, salads, burgers and more. Due to Covid19 restrictions, we are not currently offering any product tasters.


        • ROAM: our farm is located in the fertile and beautiful Arreton Valley. Customers are invited to take one of our farm walks and open their eyes and ears to the flora and fauna of this natural habitat for birds, animals, insects and wild flowers which co-exist with our farmed crops. Garlic is a seasonal crop so is visible in the fields from January to end June. Maps are available to purchase in our Shop. Try our new AUDIO TOUR which can be accessed using the QR codes around the farm walk. NB there is a beehive along the farm walk, please do not approach close to the hive.


        • TAKE A TOUR: our tractor trailer tours run throughout the school holidays and at weekends from Easter to September. Climb aboard for a guided tour through our fields and learn about garlic growing, our farm and surroundings. Tickets can be purchased on the day from our farm shop. Tractor trailer tours available May to September during weekends & every day except Friday in school holidays weather permitting and are roughly 20 minutes. Sorry no tours during Garlic Festival weekend 20th & 21st August


        • LEARN: in our shop and around our site you will find information about the history of our farm, amazing archaeological finds, how garlic came to the Isle of Wight, how to grow garlic, garlic folklore and facts. Outside, the wild flower meadow is home to our garlic trial beds where you can learn about all the different varieties we are trialling this year, their provenance and characteristics. (Wild flower meadow and trial beds can be seen from March-August)


        • GET GARLICKY: check our events calendar for special evening openings, activities, talks, walks and workshops.

        • PLAY: put your balance to the test in our timber play area with trim trail and nest swing. Perfect for watching the kids on the play kit whilst enjoying a drink or meal on the rear terrace of the restaurant.


        • STAY: we have 7 beautiful self catering cottages and 4 yurts located around the farm. The farm is ideally located for exploring the Island by car, bicycle or on foot. Guests enjoy access to our games room, tennis court, football pitch and discounts in the shop and restaurant.



    We are dog-friendly!

    Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the farm in all outdoor areas and in the conservatory area and terrace of the restaurant and in the Allium cafe. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.



    You can now charge your Electric Vehicle at our car charging point while you have your lunch or shop with us. Our car charging point is a 3 KW 3 pin and is for customer use only. Maximum charge time per customer is 2 hours. Cars are charged at customers own risk.


    Note for Coaches: The country lanes approaching the farm and our car park are not suitable for very large vehicles. If you are a coach party wishing to visit, please call us to make prior arrangements.

    GROUP VISITS TO THE FARM

    We welcome group visits to the farm and offer a range of different packages to suit your budget and schedule starting from £10 per person with a minimum of 15 people.

    Packages can include:

    Farm Tours: Tractor trailer ride or on foot

    Workshops: Cooking demos, foraging, garlic growing (please enquire if you would like us to run a particular workshop)

    Breakfast, lunch, light snacks or tea and cake.
