This hardneck is our earliest garlic from our fields on the Isle of Wight. With a clean, crisp flavour it is ideal to accompany the dishes of early summer.

We will be harvesting this as you place orders and shipping it fresh so you can experience new season garlic straight from the ground.
This does mean the bulbs carry some soil as they will not be dried and cleaned prior to postage.

The advantage is the bright flavour of early garlic but please be aware that you will need to brush the off the bulbs prior to use.

Extra Early Garlic bulbs are supplied as green garlic at the start of the season (May-June), and dry garlic from July onwards.
