Beautiful accommodation in this renovated historic farmhouse on the Isle of Wight
This beautiful farmhouse was built in 1672. It is a fine and little altered unique example of an Island yeoman farmer's house standing alone in its own grounds. Following a sensitive renovation, it is now available as our largest most well appointed cottage. It is our only property with a hot tub (£100 per stay). The property sleeps up to 10 in 2 double rooms and 3 twin rooms. Perfect for families or 6 - 8 adults.

Ground floor:
Spacious downstairs master bedroom with en suite toilet and shower. Accessible for those who find sctairs difficult. The room is furnished with a romantic brass bed and tasteful chest of drawers and wardrobe. The sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove bringing warmth and atmosphere. The dining room is off the well-equipped galley kitchen with separate cloakroom/utility room and toilet.
First floor:
Double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet. This bedroom has a beautiful view into the Arreton Valley. Twin bedded room and separate bathroom with bath tub.
Second floor:
Two twin bedded rooms in the eaves of the house.
Outdoor:
Large fenced garden, garden furniture, barbecue, parasols and large wood fired hot tub (£100 per stay to include fresh fill of water, logs, kindling and firelighters)
